Unchangeable God

So many things around us are constantly changing on a daily basis, which provides the potential to cause anxiety and unrest to rise up in each of us. As a believer in Christ, let me encourage you to find hope and comfort in the following verses…
Hebrews 13:8 (NLT) Jesus Christ is the same yesterday, today, and forever.
Philippians 4:6-8 (NLT) 6 Don’t worry about anything; instead, pray about everything. Tell God what you need, and thank him for all he has done. 7 Then you will experience God’s peace, which exceeds anything we can understand. His peace will guard your hearts and minds as you live in Christ Jesus. 8 And now, dear brothers and sisters, one final thing. Fix your thoughts on what is true, and honorable, and right, and pure, and lovely, and admirable. Think about things that are excellent and worthy of praise.
Matthew 24:35 (ESV) Heaven and earth will pass away, but my words will not pass away.
If God and His word are unchanging, timeless, and relevant, then wouldn’t it be best to invest your time and efforts in Him and the Bible?
