Pastor Appreciation Month

Real Dudes,
The month of October is Pastor Appreciation Month. Let me encourage you to message your pastor or any pastor the Lord lays on your heart, and encourage him in some way. Your message or card could include a trip to the shoe store to buy him a pair of shoes, a gift card to a restaurant, a financial gift, or just some amazing words of encouragement. Ministry can be a lonely and discouraging career path...what part can you play in reminding your pastor that the Lord has him right where he's supposed to be? 
Side note...if you have been thinking of some negative criticism to share with your pastor about how he's doing, then a great gift to him would be for you to delete that message or thought and choose not to relay it to him. Continue to allow the Holy Spirit to work on His heart. It will be so refreshing to him for you to refrain from making him feel beat up and discouraged. 
Thank you men...keep loving on your pastors the way the Lord would have you to.
